We design and implement aircraft ownership, VAT and operating structures across the EU: the SPV and the registry, the dry or wet lease, the AOC and operator alignment, the import position, and the records regime that keeps all of it defensible. We work from a simple principle — that legal title, operational control and beneficial use must line up with how the aircraft is actually flown — and we build every structure to survive the operational-reality test an audit applies.

We are based in Germany, inside the single market rather than on the offshore side of it. That is deliberate. An adviser who sits within the perimeter that regulates the client’s aircraft has a different relationship to the rules than one who sits outside it. We coordinate the specialists a structure needs — tax counsel, notaries, operators, financiers — and keep them aligned to one plan and one timeline, so nothing falls between desks.

What we do not do is sell structures that look clever on a chart and fail on the ramp. The value is not a diagram; it is a file that holds. Where a client’s wish cannot honestly be met — an exemption that the flying will not support, a relief the facts do not fit — we say so, and we build the version that is defensible instead.
